Maximum Income Limits

Each affordable home is designated as very low, low, or moderate income.  Your household income limits are based on the region where the home is located and your household size.  In order to qualify to rent or purchase a home, your household annual income must be less than the income limit of the home. The income limits for all regions and household sizes are summarized in the State’s income limit chart.
