Check the Municipality Preferences section for any non-active Municipality Preferences with today’s date and explain to the applicant why they have been removed (more information may be found by opening the individual Municipality Preferences and checking the Ineligibility Reason field). If the applicant’s updates are temporary, they can be placed On Hold to retain their position. Please let them know that they will not be contacted for homes in On Hold municipalities until they submit a new update that makes them eligible. To request the applicant’s Municipality Preferences be placed On Hold, send an email to email@example.com and a case will be created and processed.
