How to Clear the Internet Browser Cache

To clear your internet browser cache please locate the section below for your specific internet browser and follow the instructions.

Note: If you need to see a picture more clearly, please right-click the picture and select "Open image in new tab" 

Chrome:

1- Click the three vertical dots on the top right of any Chrome window.

 2- Click "Settings".

3- On the left of the screen click on "Privacy and security" and click "Clear browsing data".

4- Change the "Time range" to "All time", make certain that only the "Cached images and files" checkbox is checked, and click "Clear data".

Explorer:

1- Click the gear on the top right of any Internet Explorer window.

2- Click "Internet options".

3- On the "General" tab, in the "Browser history" section, click "Delete".

4- Make certain only the "Temporary Internet files and website files" checkbox is checked and click "Delete".

Edge:

1- Click on the three dots on the top right of any Edge window.

2- Click on Settings.

3- On the left side of the screen, click "Privacy, search, and services". Scroll down to the "Clear browsing data" section and click on "Choose what to clear.

4- Change the "Time range" to "All time", make certain that only the "Cached images and files" checkbox is checked, and click "Clear now".

Safari:

1- Click the three horizontal lines on any Safari window.

2- Click "Settings".

3- On the right side of the screen, click on "Privacy & Security", then clock on "Clear Data".

4- Make certain that only the checkbox next to "Cached Web Content" is checked. Click "Clear".
