  • Housing Help NJ
    • New Jersey renters, landlords and homeowners seeking information on the latest housing rules, assistance grants, legal assistance or help working out a rental repayment plan can find answers through a website launched by the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey at www.housinghelpnj.org.
  • Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)  Look Up Tool 
    • If you’re a renter having trouble paying your rent, utilities, or other housing costs – or if you’re a landlord trying to stay afloat with tenants in this situation – help may be available. State and local programs are distributing billions of dollars in rental assistance to help renters stay housed during the pandemic.  Visit the CFPB’s Rental Assistance Finder to find out what this means for you and what you can do.  The CFPB’s site also includes resources to help renters and landlords understand other resources to help navigate various financial hardships related to the pandemic.
  • NJ DHS COVID-19 Housing Assistance Program
  • Rental Resources:
    • Check with your County and municipality.  Several locations throughout the State of New Jersey are announcing new programs including Somerset County and Essex County.

  • CGP&H must approve all mortgage refinance requests. If you would like to refinance your mortgage, please email homes@cgph.net and include your name and address. We will calculate your maximum refinance amount and send you additional information about the refinance process.
  • The Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey has created resale price calculators.
    • Not all municipalities have been approved to the utilize the  2021 Resale Calculator so the 2014 Resale Calculator is also posted here.
    • To determine which calculator to use, visit your Ownership Municipality page. The year listed in the “Maximum Income Limits Per Household” section determines which calculator to utilize.
    • You may utilize these calculators to estimate the resale price of your home but final determination will be made by CGP&H.
