How to Apply for Affordable Homes for Sale and Rent in New Jersey
In order to be considered for housing opportunities, you must complete and return a preliminary application to CGP&H. Apply Here. Once your preliminary application is received by our office, you will be included in our next random selection of all applications received.
CGP&H stands for Community Grants, Planning and Housing. CGP&H is retained by municipalities and developments throughout New Jersey to sell and rent their State-regulated affordable housing. Please visit the FAQ for more information about the requirements of affordable housing and to see if you might qualify. Eligibility is based on household size and household income.
CGP&H specializes in all aspects of affordable housing, planning, COAH compliance, and the procurement of grants and loans for our clients. Our involvement in affordable housing projects grows every year. CGP&H serves as the Administrative Agent for more than 1,500 affordable homes and has also supervised the rehabilitation of more than 2,500 single and two to four family households.
